The visitor economy dominates everything: hundreds of hotels needing overnight officers, the Golden Mile's attractions and venues needing door teams and patrols, and a conference and events calendar at the Winter Gardens generating major deployments year-round.
The Illuminations season stretches the summer into November; the town centre's retail core needs loss prevention; and the business parks towards the M55 need corporate and out-of-hours cover when the season quiets.
