Security guard services in Cambridge
Cambridge pairs an eight-hundred-year-old university with Europe's most concentrated technology cluster — the Silicon Fen of science parks, biotech campuses and research institutes ringing the city. Xtreme Protection provides SIA-licensed security guard services across Cambridge and Cambridgeshire: campus and laboratory security, corporate front of house, construction guarding and event cover.
Our Cambridge officers are locally based, BS 7858 vetted and DBS-checked where the setting requires, with verified patrols and written reporting on every shift.

The university calendar sets the city's rhythm: student accommodation and college events through term time, May Ball season in June, and conference traffic year-round. The Science Park, the Biomedical Campus at Addenbrooke's and the innovation districts at Trumpington and Northstowe need corporate-standard access control and out-of-hours protection for high-value research.
The city centre itself — one of England's busiest tourist destinations — needs retail security and hotel cover that works in narrow medieval streets, while the constant construction of labs and housing keeps site security and monitored tower teams deployed across the fringe.
